A couple days ago, my cell phone started to malfunction. I've gone through so many phones at this point that my parents found it fiscally irresponsible to not have my phones insured, so I wasn't worried about getting it replaced. However this time was different, when my phone started to malfunction it somehow would keep deleting all of my numbers and always add one single contact labeled Lou. I didn't think that much of it, until the replacement phone arrived today. It was delivered in a nondescript brown package, that I would normally imagine
